Laura Mae (Wagler) Wagler

Laura Mae (Wagler) Wagler, 75, of Odon, IN, went to be with her Lord at Daviess Community Hospital on February 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with loving family members by her side. She was born in Montgomery, IN, on September 2nd, 1950, to William H. and Agnes (Stoll) Wagler. Laura Mae married her loving husband, Marvin K. Wagler, on April 5, 1975.

Laura Mae was a member of Bethel Mennonite Church. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother who loved gardening, quilting and baking for their many friends and family.

Left to cherish memories of Laura Mae are her husband, Marvin; daughters, Theresa (Lonnie) Raber, Melissa Wagler, and Katrina Wagler; 3 grandchildren, Ethan Drew Raber, Karissa Joy Raber, and Shayla MaeAnn Raber, all of Odon; a sister, Barbara Jean (David) Wagler; sisters-in-law, Katie Wagler, Lillie Wagler, and Sharon Lengacher; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Laura Mae was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, Sheila; brothers, Ira Wagler and Norman Wagler; sister, Anna Lois (Wagler) Lengacher; and brother-in-law, Samuel Lengacher.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at the Bethel Mennonite Church in Odon with Carmen Detweiler, Daniel Pollard, and David Lee Stoll officiating. Laura Mae will be laid to rest in the Bethel Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday March 2nd, 2026, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3rd, at the church.
